Because nobody is ever there for me in my life. I resort to things that are able to help me feel better.

Theres so much more healthy things you could do ..please talk to someone, someone loves you even if ou dont believe it

I don't cut myself, that leaves scars and people ask questions. I stab myself with a safety pin until I can't feel it anymore, then I pick a new spot. People look at it and don't assume anything, they ask and I say I put my hand in an ant pile.

I don’t know what goes on in your life that would make you think self-harm is better but seriously that is never the answer. It’s never eaasy to get over pain, but there arebetter ways to cope with it than that. I would totally help you through this if you privately messaged me; stay strong sweetie, it will be ok<3
